In November 2002, the company Dinas-Audit, based on the results of a competitive selection of audit organizations by the Moscow City Government Committee on Telecommunications and Mass Media (MOSKOMINFORM), was recognized as authorized to conduct audits of accounting (financial) statements for 2002 of state unitary enterprises in Moscow, Subordinated to the Committee on Telecommunications and Mass Media of the Government of Moscow (Notice No. 14 of 22.11.2002) In 2001-2002, on the instructions of the Moscow Government, Dinas-Audit carried out an audit of the targeted use of the funds of the municipal non-budgetary housing construction fund by the Managing Companies for the year 2000.
